Data we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect: • Your name and email address • Your business name and description • Project details you provide (goals, design preferences, timeline) We process this data on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — it is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

How we process your data

When you submit the contact form, a server-side handler on Cloudflare Pages receives your data and forwards it to us as described under Third-party services. We also send an automatic confirmation email to the address you provided. We store your data only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, for the duration of our business relationship.

Third-party services

• Hosting: Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process your IP address and basic connection metadata to deliver the website. Cloudflare’s DPA applies. • Contact form: We use Bark (day.app) to send our team a short push notification (minimal title and body) and MXroute’s SMTP API over HTTPS to deliver the full submission to our inbox and a short confirmation to your email address. • Image optimization: We use wsrv.nl for image resizing. Your IP address is transferred to this service when images are loaded. • Fonts: All fonts are self-hosted. No data is transferred to Google or other font providers.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies. We do not use analytics or tracking tools. No data is shared with advertising platforms.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction. If a project engagement follows, data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus any legally required retention periods.
